You do not need to move every original photograph into Check That Box. Keep the full-resolution originals in pCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or your existing archive. Upload authorized working copies to Headquarters, where they can be organized, credited, selected, and used to prepare content.
- Private by default. A client sees only their own files.
- Web optimization is automatic. Stored copies may be resized, compressed, format-converted, and orientation-corrected.
- No creative alteration of the library copy. No retouching, filters, compositing, or AI modification.
- Content copies remain separate. Social deliverables may be cropped, resized, or receive approved text overlays without changing the stored image.
- Supplied credits travel with the photo. Photographer details entered by the customer remain attached.
- Limits stay predictable. Each package includes a clear storage allowance.
Photo rights remain entirely your responsibility.
The customer is wholly and solely responsible for obtaining all permissions, licenses, releases, consents, and authorizations required for every uploaded file and its intended use. Check That Box does not investigate or verify ownership, copyright, model releases, photographer agreements, or permission to publish.
