What Headquarters stores and why.
Information collected
Check That Box stores customer contact and login information, business profiles, approved website findings, content preferences, uploaded working photographs, supplied credits, weekly requests, finished packages, feedback, messages, usage checkmarks, subscription status, and service-acceptance records.
How information is used
Information is used to provide private Headquarters access, prepare and improve the customer’s content, track delivery, support the account, process subscription status, prevent misuse, and maintain required business records.
Service providers
Square processes subscription payments. Supabase supports secure identity and selected production services. OpenAI supports content preparation from approved business context. Hosting and storage providers process the minimum information needed to operate Headquarters. Payment-card details are handled by Square rather than stored in Headquarters.
Photographs
Uploaded photographs are private working files associated with one business. Copies may be resized, compressed, format-converted, orientation-corrected, cropped for deliverables, or combined with approved text. The customer’s original archive should remain in the customer’s own storage.
Access and retention
Customer records are limited to the assigned business account. Working information is retained while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for account recovery, payment records, security, and dispute handling.
Your choices
Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their business information and working files by sending a message from Headquarters. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained.
Security
Check That Box uses restricted customer access, protected owner controls, server-side credentials, separated business records, and private working storage. No online service can promise absolute security.
